Restocking Fees

Best Buy Drops Restocking Fees

"When it comes to electronic items, most of us are simply used to being charged restocking fees if items are opened and then returned to the store. After all, retailers can't sell an item for full price once it's returned in an open/used state, so they often make the customer eat some of the cost with a restocking fee. However, Best Buy has announced that it will be doing away with restocking fees an in effort to boost its image and make customers more likely to shop at its stores.
