Release Notes for 3DMark 11 v1.0.3
It's almost a week since we released 3DMark 11 and we're rapidly closing on 200,000 result submissions from eager overclockers around the world.
Unfortunately such wide scale use has brought to light a few issues that weren't caught by our own testing. So today we are releasing an update to 3DMark 11 to fix those problems and add a couple of requested features. Note, until NVIDIA release new drivers SLI will continue to be unavailable in 3DMark 11.

3DMark 11 Basic Edition
Who's not looking forward to the next Futermark 3DMark. Well the wait for 3DMark 11 will soon be over. Amongst other features, this release will show new comparison screenshots showing various DirectX 11 effects in action.
Won't be a part of the benchmark
According to the interview over at ATI-Forum.de, the 3DMark 11 Deep Sea tech demo seen over at Computex is just for show and won't be included with the final release of the new 3DMark 11.
According to Futuremark, this is the first time that Futuremark showed some content from a new benchmark before the launch, and it was simply used to demonstrate Directx 11 technologies and the 3DMark 11 engine. Unfortunately, Futuremark still keeps any info on the actual 3DMark 11 test under wraps.
