Tuniq 2 Mid-Tower ATX Case Video Review

Review #707 reviewed Monday, August 17th, 2009 - 1 Comments

The Tuniq 2 case does have some excellent features. One of the best things about this case is the layout inside. There are three 120mm fans that provide excellent cooling power. There is also a plastic ducting system that assists in cooling. Also, the power supply gets mounted at the bottom. There are plenty of drive bays, but the way the 5.25" drives are installed is odd. It's a steel case for the most part, so it's fairly heavy. Watch the Video to find out more...

NZXT Lexa & Apollo ATX Cases Video Review

Review #702 reviewed Monday, August 17th, 2009 - 1 Comments

Both the Lexa and Apollo cases look great. The Lexa is an all aluminum case with a few plastic parts, and it is extremely light. It weights in at only 13lbs! It has a tool-less design, a large window, & lots of fans and drive bays. This case even comes with a strong case carry harness. The Apollo case is an all steel case, and while it has lots of features, it's not in the same league as the Lexa. The Apollo does have most of the right ingredients for a great product and it's affordable. The Lexa, on the other hand, is a little on the pricey side. But, you get what you pay for.

Enermax Chakra ATX Case Video Review

Review #699 reviewed Monday, August 17th, 2009 - 0 Comments

The Enermax Chakra Case will lift your spirits. At least with a name like chakra, it should! What does chakra mean, you ask? Well, look up chakra at www.thefreedictionar... and you'll get, "One of the seven centers of spiritual energy in the human body according to yoga philosophy". In this case I believe the spiritual energy comes from the massive 250mm fan. This is one of the few cases on the market with a reversible 250mm fan. It's a very welcome addition in today's high-performance computers and it will have no problem keeping everything cool.

SilverStone SG01 Evolution SFF Case Video Review

Review #688 reviewed Monday, August 17th, 2009 - 0 Comments

The SilverStone SG01 Evolution Small Form Factor Case is one very impressive product. As a matter of fact, it's one of the best SFF cases on the market today. It's all aluminum so it's lightweight, with excellent build quality and design. One limiting factor many SFF cases have is poor air circulation. This is not the situation here due to the number of fans and way they are implemented. The case comes with two 5.25" external drive bays and two 3.5" internal drive bays. They include two 80mm fans but two optional fans can be installed.

Review #681 reviewed Monday, August 17th, 2009 - 0 Comments

The Cooler Master Centurion 534 Case is a budget case, but it has lots of features and looks great. There are five 5.25" & one 3.5" external drive bays, as well as four 3.5" internal drive bays. Thermaltake Armor Jr. Case Video Review

Review #676 reviewed Monday, August 17th, 2009 - 0 Comments

The Thermaltake Armor Jr. Case is son of the full tower Armor case. It has many of the same features but is a mid-tower case. This is by default an ATX case but there in an optional BTX upgrade kit available. It has many drive bays, lots of ventilation, two 120mm fans, and comes with a tool-less design. Two different colors are available; black or silver, & either with or without a window. While this case is not all aluminum, the front bezel is. This helps keep the cost down but preserves the look. SilverStone Temjin TJ08 Case Video Review

Review #673 reviewed Monday, August 17th, 2009 - 0 Comments

The SilverStone Temjin TJ08 has a clean look and great design. The front is aluminum, but the remainder is steel and weighs in at only 5.5kg (12lbs). There are two 5.25" and two 3.5" external drive days and two internal 3.5" drive bays. This case also has a removable motherboard tray which makes installation of a motherboard, CPU, cooler, & memory simple. One big plus is the two quiet 120mm fans included with this product. This is a very unique feature for a micro-ATX case and will provide exceptional cooling inside the case. This is a full featured, affordable micro-ATX solution.
