Lian Li Modular Cube Case Video Review

Review #738 reviewed Saturday, August 15th, 2009 - 1 Comments

There are just a few cube cases on the market, and this one is spectacular. The overall build quality, construction, features, accessories, drive bays (18 x 5.25"), air circulation (3 optional 120mm & 2 optional 80mm fans), the different compartments, and so on, makes this an exceptional product. The only thing that this case is missing is a removable motherboard tray. Overall though, it's an unbelievable all aluminum cube case! Watch the Video to find out more...

The Gigabyte 3D Aurora 570 Case looks great and has lots of excellent features. It's mostly aluminum, so it's light at only 8kg (18lbs) but remains rigid. They include three 120mm fans which ensures fantastic air circulation. Also, the side panel ventilation section can be swapped out for a window which they include. Zalman HD135 HTPC Case Video Review

Review #732 reviewed Sunday, August 16th, 2009 - 0 Comments

This product has Home Theatre PC case written all over it. It not only looks great and is quality built, but it comes with a Vacuum Florescent Display (VFD) and a fantastic remote control. One important feature about this case is that it fits all standard ATX hardware but remains slim, and this is a testament to its excellent design. A much more powerful system can be built using standard ATX hardware over micro ATX. This is especially important if you are building a gaming HTPC. Watch the Video to find out more...

Raidmax Smilodon Case Video Review

Review #727 reviewed Sunday, August 16th, 2009 - 0 Comments

Raidmax really did an excellent job designing this case. It's affordable, looks great, and has lots of features. One of the things that really stands out is the way the side panels open for easy access to the inside of the case. Both the left and right side panels swing down or can be removed. It has plenty of fans, drive bays, and even comes with a large window. A fantastic product for the cost conscious gamer! Watch the Video to find out more...

The Cooler Master iTower 930 Case has lots of excellent features. There are six external 5.25" drive bays and four 3.5" external drive bays. Each of these 3.5" drive bays has an integrated hot swappable SATA hard drive enclosure, which makes installation of hard drives simple. SilverStone LC18 HTPC Case W/ Touch Screen Video Review

Review #714 reviewed Monday, August 17th, 2009 - 0 Comments

If there ever was an ultimate Home Theatre Case, this is it! It has all aluminum construction, comes with a 7" widescreen LCD, and looks fantastic. Considering this is a HTPC case, it has lots of drive bays (2x5.25 & 1x3.5" external, & 5x3.5" internal). There's great air circulation with the included two 80mm fans at the back and two optional, but recommended, 80mm fans at the front. It even has rack mount brackets, and optional rack mount handles can be installed for a server environment. The cool factor on this product is extremely high! Watch the Video to find out more...

Tuniq 2 Mid-Tower ATX Case Video Review

Review #707 reviewed Monday, August 17th, 2009 - 1 Comments

The Tuniq 2 case does have some excellent features. One of the best things about this case is the layout inside. There are three 120mm fans that provide excellent cooling power. There is also a plastic ducting system that assists in cooling. Also, the power supply gets mounted at the bottom. There are plenty of drive bays, but the way the 5.25" drives are installed is odd. It's a steel case for the most part, so it's fairly heavy. Watch the Video to find out more...

NZXT Lexa & Apollo ATX Cases Video Review

Review #702 reviewed Monday, August 17th, 2009 - 1 Comments

Both the Lexa and Apollo cases look great. The Lexa is an all aluminum case with a few plastic parts, and it is extremely light. It weights in at only 13lbs! It has a tool-less design, a large window, & lots of fans and drive bays. This case even comes with a strong case carry harness. The Apollo case is an all steel case, and while it has lots of features, it's not in the same league as the Lexa. The Apollo does have most of the right ingredients for a great product and it's affordable. The Lexa, on the other hand, is a little on the pricey side. But, you get what you pay for.

Enermax Chakra ATX Case Video Review

Review #699 reviewed Monday, August 17th, 2009 - 0 Comments

The Enermax Chakra Case will lift your spirits. At least with a name like chakra, it should! What does chakra mean, you ask? Well, look up chakra at www.thefreedictionar... and you'll get, "One of the seven centers of spiritual energy in the human body according to yoga philosophy". In this case I believe the spiritual energy comes from the massive 250mm fan. This is one of the few cases on the market with a reversible 250mm fan. It's a very welcome addition in today's high-performance computers and it will have no problem keeping everything cool.
