Nexus Voltinia Silent Case Video Review

Review #1,046 reviewed Thursday, August 13th, 2009 - 0 Comments

The Nexus Voltinia Silent Case is a great option for a quite PC build. The left side panel has 8mm sound dampening material, while the right side panel has 5mm sound dampening material. This makes sense because more noise emanates from the left side than the right. They also include two quiet 120mm fans and a 430W PSU. This PSU meets all current standard, has plenty of sleeved leads comes with a quiet 120mm fan & has an efficiency of 80+. Watch the video to find out more.

Thermaltake Element S Case Video Review

Review #1,044 reviewed Thursday, August 13th, 2009 - 0 Comments

From the outside to the inside the Thermaltake Element S Case is really something. While it does have a plastic top and front it's not your typical shinny cheap looking plastic. The side panels and inside is steel which adds weight but means it's really sturdy. Also, there are lots of drive bays and a torrent of features, many of them are unique. Thermaltake did an excellent job of this case and its one of the best mid-tower cases out there. Watch the video to find out more...

NZXT ZERO 2 Case is an affordable case which falls into the budget category. It's only available in black and it's steel except for a few plastic parts. Since it's mostly steel it's really sturdy but this means it's really heavy. It does come with 3 120mm fans so air circulation is great and more fans can be added. SilverStone Raven RV01 Case Video Review

Review #1,038 reviewed Thursday, August 13th, 2009 - 10 Comments

The SilverStone Raven RV01 Case is available in a black color with or without a window. It has a reinforced plastic outer shell & an .8mm steel body. It has a number of very unique features, one of them being that the motherboard tray is rotated 90 degrees clockwise. So instead of having the motherboard's I/O shield plate and expansion slots at the back of the case they are at the top. This frees up the back of the case for things such as a large radiator. This case also has lots of drive bays, great air circulation, radical styling and so much more. Watch the video to find out more...

Thermaltake V9 Black Edition Case Video Review

Review #1,028 reviewed Thursday, August 13th, 2009 - 3 Comments

The Thermaltake V9 Black Edition Case is the top of the line in the V9 series. It comes with two massive 230mm fans and two 120mm fans which provide excellent air circulation. It has great looks and is all black. There are plenty of drive bays considering this is a mid-tower case. They include removable dust filters on all intake fans. It even comes with a tooless design for installing drives in the drive bays and cards in the expansion slots. Bang for the buck, this case rocks! Although it's steel and plastic, not aluminum and the motherboard tray isn't removable.
