The Fractal Design Node 605 Case is one of the best HTPC cases around. This case has style, excellent build quality, there's plenty of room to install lots of hardware, fits standard ATX motherboards & ATX PSUs, includes 120mm fans, accommodates long video cards, & much more. If you're looking for a quality HTPC, this is probably it!

Beautiful design. I did read about some problems with airflow. Anyone?

How is this case compared to the Lain Li - PC-C60 case?

I was going to mention it doesn't have infrared on the box, but then I realized that most people probably just use their smart phone or a modern remote with Bluetooth. : )

I am reading some disturbing reviews on this product.
where the main problem is airflow.

Have you tested this beauty, in real live conditions?

Any suggestions on where to hide the missing Infrared? This is a HTPC, what is a HTPC without a IR receiver?

Well, kinda depends on your use. A tower is still the best for a gaming system, but if you want a HTPC gaming setup, than maybe.

If the monitor wasn't to large, yes.
