The SilverStone PS08 Case fits Micro-ATX & Mini-ITX form factor motherboards, is lightweight, has 2 USB 3 ports, plenty of drive bays and fits video cards that up to 14.1" in length. The overall styling and build quality is good for an affordable case. This case has great bang for the buck.
One question,
For the front usb 3.0 ports, are they the internal ones? or the ones that needs to go around the back?

CORRECTION: It's “Kensington” lock, not Kingston lock.
I really do like this case for what it offers at it's price point. You can't really expect to get plethora of features for under 40 dollars. I honestly don't mind the styling at all and love how it has such a small footprint for a mATX case. It would of been nice if they included thumb screws instead of regular screws for installing hardware. Overall I think this would be a great case for a small budget build.
I know its very cheap (35 euro!) and its has USB3.0. But a 92mm fan at the back...no
