The HP HD 5210 1080p Webcam is really in a class of it's own since it has a H.264 video processor built in. This means a true 30FPS at 720p & 1080p. It comes with HP TrueVision for clear images in low light, noise cancelling microphones, auto focus, glass lens & capable of taking 13MP stills.
Still waiting on USB3 webcams :)
I really enjoyed this review Rodney. Going through the features like this lets us see the product working and really get a good feel for it. Nice work and thanks!
You're welcome and thx.
In this video the 720 whas bether than 1080???
Aside from a higher res, of 1080p, yea 720p is seemly as good.
the logitech c920 is like the same as this webcam they have the same specs like that inbuild videocodec thingy and they loke almost the same but i like the review that you make gr, micha from holland
Thanks Rodney
Now, what about autofocus?
Lets say u wanna shoot really tinny things
or the screen of your smartphone?
Like most other webcam, autofocus isn't great. It has a pulsing effect, I find it annoying and just looks bad. Camera is constantly trying to focus. But you're right, autofocus can come in handy.
