The Noctua NH-L12 CPU Cooler is a perfect option for a tiny computer build. It comes with two quiet, long life fans (120mm & 92mm), copper base, heatpipes and many aluminum fins. This is truly is a super low-profile cooler as with top 120mm fan removed it's only 66mm in height.
Hey there,
I'm working on a Mini-Itx build. The stock cooler is utter garbage and i need to run the computer with the case open to get any decent cooling. I've got an idea for a mod or two to get this to work, but i need to know can you attach the large fan to the bottom bracket? and how does this affect the cooling?\
Cheers

Despite the brown color which i happen to like, Noctua fans awesome regarding air flow and quietness. Maybe a little expensive too but i guess you get what you pay for !!!
Hi,
I own a phenom x4 quad 9950 2.6ghz processor. My bios shows the temperature of cpu 53°C at normal usage. Is it ok or not? I recently cleaned my basic amd cooling fan but hardly made any difference.
I own a asus M3a78-em motherboard which is now quite old. On some websites it is mentioned that quad core 9950 has cooling issues with 780 chipset motherboards and recommend to upgrade it to 790 chipset to avoid heating cpu. Shall I upgrade my CPU cooling fan or my motherboard.
Kindly advise.
But really. How hard is it to make black fans?
Originality. They let the quality of their product speak for and sell itself. The brown says "I don't care how I look, I get the job done better than most."
While original in brown, it would still be nice for them to have another more neutral color option.
Why make them black like all the rest if you can be different? If you want a black fan buy one or just get a old chases fan.
Small, well thought out, I say 100% kickass.
I think this cooler cost to much for its performance and the brown and tan color is not my taste. I rate this as a great product.
The brown theme might not be everyone's preference, but they last forever, perform, are quiet and come with a 6 year warranty. I believe Noctua would be very well if they had an all black option.
