The SilverStone Fortress FT-03 Case is the big brother to the FT-03 Mini Case. This case looks excellent, fantastic build quality, fits three 3.5" drive bays and one 2.5" drive bay, three 120mm fans and more can be installed. One of the cooler SFF cases around!

Hey Rodney! It would be awesome for this Mini-ITX or Mirco ATX case reviews if we could actually see how the mobo fits and how much space there is for the PSU cables for the mITX cases.

Thanks!

I agree and I'd do it if time allowed.

I know, how about like, an acrylic analogue for each size of motherboard? With a block where the CPU cooler goes that you could use as a handle too. You could have different colors for each m/b etc. Plus it would only take a few seconds to shove in and out of the case to give us perspective on how it fits. Maybe a fan who works in plastic models can cook something up for you, haha

I really don't have a need for a hot-swappable drive bay at the top of the case and an SFX power supply should do just fine for me. However, the Mini is not for me as I want to fit a Micro ATX motherboard in it.

Hey Rodney, do you recommend I go with an FT02 case? I don't have a need for a window but I don't know how it sounds like with a plain side panel with an acoustic foam in it.

I will be getting my hands in AMD's next generation Kaveri-based APU by next year. I will not have a high-end discrete GPU since I will be playing games at 1280x720 resolution. My right eye (left eye is blind) cannot tell the difference between that and 1920x1080. I really don't care about playing Crysis and Crysis II for that matter, but I do like to play some fun games like FPS (game controller is always my preference so console-ported games are not a problem for me).

HTPC: AMD Athlon X2 4050e CPU with 780G ATX motherboard running Windows 8 DP (4GB) and Ubuntu; Server: AMD AII X2 240e CPU with 880G-based ATX motherboard running Ubuntu Server 10.04 LTS (8GB)

2 pairs of Insignia NS-B2111s (front/rear), Pioneer SP-C21 Center Speaker, and 12" Velodyne Sub

Just ordered HP Pavilion dv7-6165us from QVC. Will have it by next Friday.

SilverStone was gonna send me the Titanium, but was a few weeks wait, so I asked them to send the black. Personally, I love black.
