The NZXT Havik 120 CPU Cooler is an affordable cooler that looks great, comes with two 120mm fans, 4 heatpipes and performs well. It's also not to large so it should fit in almost any case.

This is why i went for the ZALMAN CNPS 10X Flex - its cheaper now than when i bought it, but i thought it was good because you was only paying for the cooler, not no fancy fans or accessory's. It has 5 tubes coming out each side, i did a review but nothing as good as yours.
Who's gonna put excessive force on their mounted cooler to install those rubber bands??
You can do it so not to use to much force and you could always put the fans on the cooler before you install it.
71 degrees on load is terrible. If it was run passively that'd be a good result. Also, I don't see why you praise the product for having plastic wrap when it already has a security seal - seems like a waste and yet more plastic going into landfill unnecessarily.
Remember that my CPU is NOT AT STOCK speed, it's overclocked to 4GHz.
