If you're in the market for a sleek, lightweight, all aluminum HTPC then this might just be the product for you. It also can fit standard ATX PSUs, standard ODDs, there's lots of drives, accepts long video cards and so much more. This case is quality inside and out.
I watched about the first 30 seconds of your review but was interrupted by an ad which covered your presentation. When I clicked the X to close the annoying/unwanted/unsolicited intrusion upon my internet experience, I was hijacked to the following site: fashioncherry.co. I went directly to my hosts file and blocked that site and yours.
Good job choosing your ad money!
Good article, thanks! I really love it.
Hi Rodney, Good day!
I saw your review in regards to the Lian li PC-C50 HTPC case and so far, I really like the case since it has the standard 120mm fan holes for both intake and out take. On the other hand, I was wondering if it would be possible to mount a Corsair h50 cooler of one of the 120mm fan holes inside the case. I guess I could use the 80mm hole at the back of the case by using a fan adapter for the 120mm radiator.
The Lian li PC-C60 HTPC case was just released on the market and it has the 140mm fan holes which is really great but I also don't know if I can install a Corsair h50 inside the case. I hope you can do a review on this particular case one of these days.
Sincerely yours,
Mike : -)
Hey Rodney,
Firstly thanks for the great review, as usual.
Secondly; can you please confirm the exact maximum length of the video card that would fit in the Lian Li PC-C50 case? I've searched and couldn't find this info anywhere. I'm building a high-end gaming HTPC and this would be a perfect case if it can fit the ATI 5870, but I need to know the exact length in mm.
Thanks.
Its good to see USB3 ports at the front, but I think they should have put dust filters on it.
Hey, another great review! Would this case fit a GTX 480, I'm looking at building a HTPC that can double as a lan gaming rig.
it fits 11" cards. The 480 is 265 mm. It will be tight. You're also insane. Please send me the money you'd be wasting on that plan to me instead.
Rodney Reynolds has the BEST reviews just for the fact his voice is so clear.
I sure wish lian-li cases didn't cost so damn much D:
hey Rodney, would an HD5970 fit in the pc-c50 case? i'm very interested in buying it.
That would be a terrible idea, and I'm certain a 5970 wouldn't fit, you should go for something more like the Cooler Master 690 II advanced, or any other roomy mid tower, or just get a full tower to be completely certain that a 5970 would fit.
i see. tyvm for the info.
lian li = alway kickass/ 100% kickass.
best case manufacturer in the world
Hey Rodney! Could you do a video showing off your "studio setup" how the review table is, how you lighten your videos and all that?
Respect
This might help...
wow why are the boxes for the pc cases that you unbox always so bad?
When i got my 690 ii the box was in perfect condition.
Yea, in most cases (no pun intended) the boxes are in hard shape. A direct replication of the courier.
Canadian post handle their package very bad...
and i mean bad... seriously...
You'd must probally from other regions...
I'll have the video posted Friday afternoon.
