The Nexus Voltinia Silent Case is a great option for a quite PC build. The left side panel has 8mm sound dampening material, while the right side panel has 5mm sound dampening material. This makes sense because more noise emanates from the left side than the right. They also include two quiet 120mm fans and a 430W PSU.
