Wii u is a tablet pc for gamers, good thing they breaked the rule of releasing a whole new console every few years, I can keep using my nintendo wii and it's controllers .
It's all about the games and the hardware under the old Wii console is not cutting the mustard. Wii U console is needed for Nintendo because game developers are skipping over the Wii for the lack of performance power.

Relax dude, I not dissing Nintendo, just having a bit of fun with the specs on a console that being released later this year. I believe it will be a little dated before it's even released. Everyone, including yourself is welcome to their opinion.

Well, it is about the game(s), not so much the hardware for hardcore gamers.
the concept for the WII and WII U are great but if you don't have the hardware too back it up, its just a overpiced gimmick. Look at Kinect or Move the both have the same gimmick value as the WII controller but also have the hardware too back it up.
I myself have a HIGH PC, X-box360 and PS3, but a WII on a 55" TV is just ridiculeus.
