Blind in left eye.
even if you don't wear glasses or have vision impairments, nearly everyone is sensitive to visual cues, such as 3d, brightness, etc....
I am visually impaired, I have Diabetic retinopathy, that I had developed 12 years ago, That hasn't stopped me from playing Battlefield 3 or Call of Duty 4. I still build custom computers and do research on if custom computers are better than the store bought computers. I have to give a thank you to Rodney, because I am always using his videos at school to put in my power points which used to be hard to see the font until after having 17 eye surgeries I only lost 10% of my vision, which was my peripheral.
Well I am what is considered legally blind. I have no sight in one eye and am severely impaired in the other due to congenital glaucoma. I have to set my resolution to 800x600 and still use the built in magnifier in windows 7. I build and repair computer system. Thank you 3dgameman for posted this pole to highlight those who have some kind of condition and are still part of the computer world
Not only am I near sighted but I'm also color blind. I have difficulty in the shades of red.
I'm nearsighted and have been wearing glasses since the fourth grade. It can be very inconvenient at times and uncomfortable, but I refuse to wear contacts. Hopefully I can get laser one day to correct this problem.
I wear contacts. But a special type of contacts. I wear them at night, they allow me to see 20/20 during the day, as long as i wear them the night before.
blind in one eye from birth..and have to wear contacts/glasses for other eye....but i can do everything that people with both eyes can do just fine... :)
I wear glasses. I can't see anything without them, if you put them on, you would see what i see when i don't have them on, ha.
I have glasses but i can cope without them. Usually wear them when i am reading or doing stuff on the PC.
I would wear them all the time but i keep getting stains on it, which i can't stand. All though after a while i don't see them anymore. Still want it clean tho :p
I'm only 20, but I need to wear glasses to see far away only. I can use a computer, read fine print just fine without glasses, but when driving or looking at something on the other side of the room I need to wear glasses.
I wear glasses all the time, well except when i sleep.
I blind in one eye.
I am visually impaired which is why I usually wear my glasses. I have transition glasses which adjust to the amount of light that is shed on my frames.
As for resolution 720p or 1080p, it doesn't matter to me. I don't need to see every single micro-pixel on the screen to have an enjoyable experience. I would play videogames usually at 1080p, but sometimes 720p to achieve a better framerate and performace.
