I guess this is an unfair result for Linux and Windows just because an open source radeonhd driver (as part of xorg) does not support WebGL. Is this true for anyone out there running Linux? I forgot to mention which version of Chrome I am using in (X)Ubuntu 11.04, though.

I'd prefer Firefox rather than Chrome just because Chrome is faster than Firefox.

jeez. i got 1005 on firefox 7 and i wouldn't exactly call my PC slow...

I love Chrome for the engine speed, but the layout and interface has much to be desired.
Even if FireFox is 2x slower in the benchmarks I still use it over Chrome.

my score is 2323 on Chrome 16.0.904.0, 2408 on Opera 11.51 build 1087, 1492 on Firefox 8.0, 1420 on IE 9..0.8.112.16421, using Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit, 8gb of ram, an AMD AthalonII X3 @ 3.1ghz CPU, and dual 1GB Nvidia 9500GT cards in SLI Also Chrome was the only one that could run all 6 HTML capabilities test, and IE9 was only able to run 2 out of 6, opera 5 out of 6, and firefox 5 out of 6. So for me Chrome won, even with a lower score then Opera, at it could run all 6 test no problems.

The reason some of us have v16 of Chrome, is because we are using Beta/Alpha versions of the browser, which can be found at www.filehippo.com, and you have to check back daily to update as the beta versions do not always have auto update enabled, and I can say some of the past betas have made me want to pull my hair out, with buggy code, and crashing, and/or locking up my system, so be warned.

Version 16 is faster for sure, even on my crappy VIA C7 1.6ghz 1gb of ram 10.1in netbook running Windows XP pro 32bit, and it seems to use a bit less system resources as well.
