Hey rod I've got an old 512MB XFX GeForce 8800GTS. Bought it in May 2008 still plays stuff like GTA IV and the Sims 3 just fine for me, I don't have any DX11 games at the minuite so no need to upgrade just yet.
Cheers

I too have an 8800GTS; however, I'm rocking the 640MB variety until I gather more funds to upgrade my entire rig. Until then, it works just fine for me.

All is fair in love and war... just don't cry about it when either of them frags you.

WTF o.O
Who bought an nVidia 300 series?!?
They were all low end. Just that some of them were PCIe x1 made them somewhat usable in eg. HTPCs.

For me: Sapphire Radeon HD 5870 with AMD Phenom II X6 1090T @ 3.7GHz (I don't need more :P )

Wow, who'da thunk that the 5000 series would be so popular? I bought mine a few months before the Eulogy(sorry to see you go *boot* *thud*) was said over ATi's rotting corpse. So I get to play my games on this Zombie overlord that is being kept alive by it's new AMD master.

Now if only I could get everyone on the same page with the AMD brand we could kick Intel into the same grave. Not that that is going to happen anytime soon. Haha. xD

Two XFX GeForce 8800 GT 512MB Alpha Dog in SLI mode. AND they sport the Thermaltake CL-G0102 VGA Cooler. Maybe that made them sound cooler :P. With how old these are, I think I could upgrade to one card and get the same or better performance.

Sapphire 3850 512MB PCI-E still with GFXChilla cooler. I have ordered a 6950 2GB from Sapphire (with their cooler) that hopefully arrives soon. Meanwhile my second PC runs fine with 3DFX's Voodoo 5 5500 AGP and Windows 98/ XP. My laptop (Lenovo T410) is powered by NVidia's NVS 150 video card. Oh and I also have a HD2900 Pro with 512 MB GDDR3 as backup.

MSI N560GTX/OC running at 1010/2020/2400(4800 effective). Also swapped the stock thermal compound for MX-3 and picked up about 2C better cooling in Furmark.

What programs do you all use for overclocking AMD cards these days. I've taken my 6850 and raised the core speed to 850 max in CCC, but I think it might go higher. Someone talked about using MSI software?
