greedy parents so no
evga gtx580 cod bo
Well, my gramps and I often switch between the 32" sharp and a 42" 1080p. Anytime i switch the 32" for the 42" i always say something like, HEY its xmas. lol. gotta have humor
32 inch LCD from a "budget" brand called Dynex..... Not half bad :D XD
Wow... so many still buying regular LCD TVs, I suspect this is the case because they are so affordable :)
Not only that, they're good enough for people that don't play a lot of games or don't watch a lot of movies and maybe just watch cable TV. :P
From my untrained eye, I really couldn't see a difference between the LCD's and the LED LCD's, but I could certainly see a difference in the price. The plasmas have a really nice picture, but the reflective glare is too distracting in a room without light control. jmo
I got a pair of socks :(
Got the Philips 40PFL9704H/12 LED,200HZ,Ambilight Spectra 3 looks gorgeous!
LED TV, 3D is useless
I got a CC700D :D
I already have a 50" LG 50PK950 about a couple of months ago. It's got a service-only serial port that I'd love to control my TV from my PC, but I couldn't. Mine's used as a PC monitor.
The amount of cash this month amounted to 3 months worth of minimum wage work, taxes included.
Yep, and I also bought PS3. :P
haha same here :D
a ps3, 32" samsung tv and thats it
no lies it was a good xmas this year
I got a KDL-46HX701 before Christmas and had to VESA mount it to the wall in time for Christmas.
I don't actually have a TV anymore. I used to have one but the colors were getting really ugly and hence I do have a PC, there is no reason to buy one at the moment. In case I would actually need one I would go for a rear-projection TV.
i got a monitor but no TV
I already have a Samsung SyncMaster P2270HD 22" in my room as a part of my dual monitor and a TV.
I got a 50" LG plasma from amazon for $650 totally worth it for the price. Cant go wrong with the new plasmas the technology finally caught up so there is no burn in on the screens amazing contrast, 600hz, and the life of the plasma panel is over 20 years unless a board or chip goes I will be watching tv on it for a longgg time.
No tv for me. I did replace my four year old LG 22" LCD with a 24" Acer G245H LCD monitor though. It's a glossy screen and looks really great. As with all Acer stuff though, it feels really cheap.
I got a 37" 1080p LCD Visio for $350 I really like it, it has no issues
My uncle got a 60+ inch Plasma a few weeks ago!
I got a TV wall mount for my TV lol! I also got a TV stand for the blu-ray, etc. It's for a Sharp Aquos Quattron if that counts as a vote.
A 40" Samsung 120Hz 1080p HDTV and I was actually supposed to get an LED model instead but all sold out....
Really nice TV. The LCD and the LED actually use the same LCD panel. Only difference is the lighting method behind it. LED is cooler and should last for a very long time. Plus is far more energy efficient. Hence the cooler temps. The more uniform lighting does help the image pop more though.
No TV for me, but I did get Goldeneye for the Wii. It is an amazing game.
lol i have that game but on the Nintendo 64 (probably the original :p) i wonder what the differences are. i remember that most things exploded in golden eye nitendo 64
Its different enough to be a new game, but it is similar to the 64 game.
It starts in the exact same place as the 64 Goldeneye.
Yep, 46 inch LCD TV 1080p 120Hz
3 TV's, the dude probably stole them! XD
Those 3D TVs are coming down in price. The Sony 40-inch HX800 model is equivalent to the ex710 and nx700 counterparts.
I'll probably get one this year some time.
bought my self 40" lcd tv before xmas. The thing plays avi,mp4,mkv files from dam flash stick :D
That's bloody brilliant dude
I had an ALBA 32" LCD TV from my parents, I love the TV, the picture quality is so 'crisp' I don't really care it's not LED, already have an LED monitor for my PC so the TV is for the consoles and... watching TV =P
No TV for me and I didn't want it anyway. I don't care about 3D and my old TV (with PAL resolution ^^) is still good enough.
The ponly downside is that the TV has no HDMI so I think I will need a new TV somewhen when I get a new console.
Wanted to get a 3d LED Samsung Series 7 40inch but all the Retail stores in my Area had sold out. DoH.
HEY RODNEY! The link in your video is wrong, and on this poll it says I have already voted but I haven't. Something wrong?
Santa bought me
- Gigabyte G41M Combo
- 4Gb Kingston DDR2 800Mhz CL6 RAM
- Asus EAH5670 1Gb GDDR5
- Assassin's Creed II
- Batman: Arkham Asylum
- Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete Edition
I don't care about TV's, I just use my PC monitor and that's enough for me. ^.^
I love how there's TV advertising under the poll, lol. Btw, no TV for me. Too expensive.
Not quite a TV, but I got a 3D projector :D
No TV for me but Whata poll xD
No TV, but a 1200 watt Onkyo 7.1 surround home theater system.
I didn't get a TV, but my brother gave my 7 year old his old Advent TV and his old DVD/VHS combo and a stand. I hooked it up in his bedroom (after many hours of thinking about it, didn't really want him to have a TV in his bedroom) and he is thrilled. So in a way I did get a TV.
i got a computer chair btw rod the link on the youtube is a the gaming poll
Current TV's still work, so why replace it?
You're video link on youtube to the TV poll is wrong.
Oh noes, Rod is a video link!
YOUR grammar is also wrong.
Where's the poll!?!!
Well I didn't, although my parents wanted one but didn't buy one. I was on top of all the deals. 40" HDTV 1080p around $700, 55" little over $1000, 3D TV little under $1500. Samsung 40" 120hz HDTV $764, Even 22" HDTV $300 and below(Some were actually 1080p)
When I saw a 55" inch for less then 1500 I tried to tell Rodney because he mention he was looking for a larger TV. I don't care for the TV, my cable doesn't even have cartoons anymore so I never use it. I'd rather replace my TV with a 3D monitor or two.
There's the poll, I was an early bird.
