I have the Logitech z5500 THX Certified 5.1 Surround sound system 505w of pure power :D

I recently bought some desktop studio monitors (M-Audio AV40), because I do a lot of work with music. That's a 2.0 system by the way. Sounds really good, but most importantly, it has a flat frequency response. That way you can hear exactly what the unaltered sound sounds like.

Well, I could say I have a 7.4 Sound System, I got a Creative I-Trigue 3300 2.1 system, a "Starlight" 5.2 sound system, and 2 15" Wharfadale Pro Subwoofers, and 1 RCF 12" subwoofer. Getting out that 3 subs a total of 900 Watts R.M.S + 80 (creative) + 100(Starlight) = 1080 Watts RMS :)

For 1 Year now,
i've got the Logitech Z5500
And at night to not disturb anyone i am using the Roccat Kave 5.1 Headset

Rodney, having no comments is not a win-win situation.
You will get a lot less popularity on youtube, and in general.

I voted "other".

Since I have a 2x 2.1 speaker setup (Logitech X-230)
I moved, and had a 2.1 speaker setup at one place and another at the other. So I had 1 set laying around and decided to use both, and it works great! Since I prefer stereo over surround for my computer / laptop anyway.

Here's what it looks like:

I voted for headphones, since i use them more often, but i have also a Logitech 2.1 Speaker Setup, which i use when i watch movies :P. Actually is 5.1 surround system, but i made it 2.1 cause i have no space in my room and i don't like much cables around.

P.S:  Hey Rodney, is there any wireless 2.1 or 5.1 speakers setup, that you know about? Thanks.

Hey Rodney, I had a look at your PC setups, nice except on your work PC why do you have the HD 5450? you can't sneak in a game with that GPU =P

And about the YouTube comments being disabled, is there a way you can block users that usually post garbage?

Anyways keep the good vids coming.

LOL. One gaming rig is enough ;) BTW: Thx for taking the time to register.

YouTube comments on all recent and future videos will be disabled. I suspect this will not be an issue for most people since YouTube channel comments is filled mostly with off-topic, harsh, and inappropriate comments. I don't see the point of having a tech channel that's supposed to help people, be filled with garbage.

Here, comments will be on-topic because we have more controls in place. And this is win-win situation for everyone. Being able to ask me a question directly should also help many people. Well, that's my hope anyway.

Remember, my main focus has been and always will be 3dGameMan.com, not YouTube.

Logitech Z-5500s 5.1, I use 2 sets of them with an optical splitter to both speakers. I also use a SteelSeries 5H V2 USB. All this is hooked up to a Auzentech X-Fi Forte 7.1 Low Profile PCI Express Sound Card (I got this because of the headphone amp I use with the 5H headset).

Only my right speaker works, so I have a "1 speaker setup".

Are you having trouble with your subwoofer? You really need a huge condensor microphone that can accumulate frequencies down to 20Hz. I mean, there is a lot of that "brrr-wrrr-brrr-wrrr-brrr-wrrr..." that sounded very funny, like you can add distortion to your music. It sounded like your microphone cannot handle the low frequencies very well (no hard feelings).

Can you tell me what song you played in the YouTube video?

HTPC: AMD Athlon X2 4050e CPU with 780G ATX motherboard running Windows 8 DP (4GB) and Ubuntu; Server: AMD AII X2 240e CPU with 880G-based ATX motherboard running Ubuntu Server 10.04 LTS (8GB)

2 pairs of Insignia NS-B2111s (front/rear), Pioneer SP-C21 Center Speaker, and 12" Velodyne Sub

Just ordered HP Pavilion dv7-6165us from QVC. Will have it by next Friday.
