I just simply don't use one, I don't find a difference when using one if you a laser mouse, I might be wrong but that just my personal preference.

honestly? who uses mouse pads? they are only useful for mice with balls! but who has mice with balls? it all laser, on top of that who uses mice? most people have a laptop without a mouse...

I don't use a mousepad. Got a huge MDF desk (5cm thick), with a glass cover. Sometimes when I need extra smoothness I tape brown baking paper to my desk.

World of Warcraft: WOTLK Northrend Limited edition mousepad. Its rubber, with a smooth material on top. Can only be acquired though pre-ordering the collectors edition of WOTLK, and I got it on ebay for $1.75 free shipping. I win.

Rocketfish dual-sided mousepad. Aluminum middle. One side has a smoother hard-plastic finish than the other.

Just an ordinary rubber sharp exel mousepad. Works great for me, even for gaming. I have the Logitech MX5500 keyboard/mouse combo.

I added another answer, "I don't use a mouse pad!"

Anonymous

+1

I don't see the need for one. If I need it smoother, I just turn up the mouse's sensitivity.

Anonymous

can't c the poll. or is it just me?

btw, i have a laser mouse on a wooden table. no need 4 a mouse pad.

steel series glass pad here. I really enjoy it. I used to use ratpadz but they wear out way too fast.

Anonymous

I have a Razer Destructor Pad and I just LOVE it!! Together with my Razer DeathAdder it's the best mouse-pad combination I have ever worked with! I don't notice it now but when I changed the pad to my Destructor I noticed the difference. It's nearly like your mouse is on a cloud hovering above the pad.
However, I still using my keyboard which came with my pre fabricated PC ^^'

Icemat glass mousepad here. I recommend them if you enjoy a very smooth, very cold to the touch pad. I like the thermal properties of glass on my hand and the smoothness is great.

Anonymous

Same mouse pad that Rodney has.
