I have to give him credit for smashing the vases to get the medicine, and finding the legendary wedding dress among the rags. However, he forgot to kill the peasants for xp and you should always check the fireplace for any remaining food.

Plans for .xxx top-level domain

The .xxx domain is back on the table. The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) will reconsider the top-level domain during a meeting in Kenya this week, nearly three years after it was shot down and nine years after it was first introduced as a way to identify pornography sites and hopefully confine them to their own Internet red-light district.

Blu-ray Disc drives fall to US$70-80

"Contract-manufacturing quotes for PC-use Blu-ray Disc (BD) drives have dropped to US$70-80 currently, still much higher than about US$20 for DVD drives, according to Taiwan-based makers.

Despite the price drop, BD will not become popular until prices for BD discs fall to a low enough level to replace DVD discs as a mainstream optical storage format, the sources noted."

Microsoft sends flowers to IE 6 funeral

In Seattle, "IE6" was a trending topic on Twitter thanks to a CNN story on Aten Design Group's funeral for Internet Explorer 6. The tongue-in-cheek memorial is happening this evening in Denver.

Those mourning the antiquated Web browser, but unable to attend, were asked to send flowers. So, guess who sent flowers.

Microsoft.

In the twitpic photo above, a funeral guest is showing off the card that arrived with Microsoft's bouquet. It's a little hard to read, so I asked Microsoft to confirm the text.

Heavy Rain has naked woman flaw

Fortunately it is Madison Page

There is a glitch in Heavy Rain which results in your somewhat attractive Madison Page character ending up all naked. Players of the game will be aware that Madison gets her kit off in a shower scene anyway, but apparently there is a bonus glitch where she ends up in full frontal goodness.

According to Kotatu the nudity appears if you do the following convoluted things.

Following the love scene between Ethan and Madison in "On The Loose", you have to decline a snog.

Apple's ban on sexy apps -- more than 5000 apps were removed from the app store over the weekend because they contained "overtly sexual content" -- has been making headlines, mostly because of the selectivity of the removal.

While Apple removed such risqué apps as Strip Simon and Video Strip Poker, apps from big-name companies such as Sports Illustrated and Playboy remain in the App Store -- the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit App is even featured on the front page.

Apple attempted to explain its app double-standard in an interview with the New York Times.
