Selection thus far appears to be slim, but it is spread across games for PS2, PS3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii."

No more all-in-one Microsoft Windows discs!

"One of the nice things to come out of Microsoft’s complete overhaul of the Windows installer for Vista and beyond was that it did away with the idea that different variations of Windows needed different discs. Previously each distribution of XP (Home/Pro/MCE) required its own disc, and then each license type (OEM/Retail/VLK) also required its own disc. This lead to an astounding number of disc types, and complete and utter frustration when for users attempting to install Windows and not having the correct disc to go with the key they had."

Undervolting the AMD Phenom II X4 965

"The Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition impressed us when it launched earlier this week. Well, just about everything but the long-winded naming scheme and a slight concern about its power consumption under load conditions impressed us. Of course, the last minute change from a 125W TDP rating to a 140W TDP rating had us scratching our heads and those of the motherboard suppliers who will see a few less products certified for this processor."

Video Review #665: Connect3D X1800 GTO 256MB Video Card

With the 1600 series Video Cards at the lower end, and the 1900 series Video Cards at the high end, this is clearly a middle of the road product. This doesn't mean the Connect3D X1800 GTO 256MB Video Card is lacking in performance though. It will comfortably play the most demanding games, and remember that it's Crossfire ready. Price vs. Performance is very high! Watch the Video to find out more...

Video Review #667: EVGA 7600GS 256MB Video Card

The EVGA 7600GS 256MB Video Card comes in two different flavors: Active cooling, and Passive cooling. This review is for the Passive cooling model. The card is fantastic for silent computer setups or in a Home Theater PC for watching HD movies. On the gaming side of things, this card has all the features but lacks real performance. Of course, EVGA has their higher end 7900 series cards for that! Watch the Video to find out more...

Video Review #669: Asetek WaterChill Xternal Water Cooling

There are many external water cooling kits on the market, but few are as hardcore as the Asetek WaterChill Xternal. This kit has everything needed for a complete water cooling solution. It comes with three waterblocks; one for the CPU, GPU, and Chipset. All have an acrylic top with a thick smooth solid copper base. The main unit houses a great pump, viewable reservoir, large radiator, and four 120mm fans. One very unique feature with this system is that it can be connected to your computer's USB and controlled with custom software. It even comes with an LCD.

Need to get in the game, but don't want to break the bank? Well, this video card offers great performance and features at an affordable price. The core speed on this product is 520MHz, which is 20MHz over the default X1800 GTO core speed. 256MBs of GDDR3 memory at 1000MHz is also a plus. It also comes with 12 pixel shader processors that will have no problem powering through the latest games. And let's not forget, its crossfire ready!" Watch the Video to find out more...

Video Review #673: SilverStone Temjin TJ08 Case

The SilverStone Temjin TJ08 has a clean look and great design. The front is aluminum, but the remainder is steel and weighs in at only 5.5kg (12lbs). There are two 5.25" and two 3.5" external drive days and two internal 3.5" drive bays. This case also has a removable motherboard tray which makes installation of a motherboard, CPU, cooler, & memory simple. One big plus is the two quiet 120mm fans included with this product. This is a very unique feature for a micro-ATX case and will provide exceptional cooling inside the case. This is a full featured, affordable micro-ATX solution.

Video Review #675: Enermax Aurora & Crystal Keyboards

Both the Aurora and Crystal Keyboards look fantastic, are very well constructed, and should last a very long time. There are very few quality aluminum keyboards on the market today, so it's great to see that Enermax has designed two new keyboards to add to the small list. The only real disadvantage to an aluminum keyboard is the obvious, price. Although, if you have a nice aluminum case, you really should have a beautiful aluminum keyboard to match. Video Review #676: Thermaltake Armor Jr. Case

The Thermaltake Armor Jr. Case is son of the full tower Armor case. It has many of the same features but is a mid-tower case. This is by default an ATX case but there in an optional BTX upgrade kit available. It has many drive bays, lots of ventilation, two 120mm fans, and comes with a tool-less design. Two different colors are available; black or silver, & either with or without a window. While this case is not all aluminum, the front bezel is. This helps keep the cost down but preserves the look.
