The upgrade on my main rig from 4 to 5 felt a little faster, but for the most part everything was the same.

Disable Add-on Compatibility

  1.     Open a new tab.
  2.     Type about:config in the address bar.
  3.     Right click anywhere on the page and click on Boolean under New.
  4.     Enter this as the preference name: extensions.checkCompatibility.nightly
  5.     Click OK.
  6.     Choose false and then click OK again.
  7.     Restart your browser and all your add-ons should be runnable again.

its great, loving it

but then again, i already knew that long ago, always been using beta's already since firefox 4 was still in beta's.

i personally dont get why its suddenly firefox 5 now. i noticed big difference when i switched over from 3 to 4, but i havent noticed any difference at all between 4 and 5

With every major update comes more incompatible add-ons, disabled add-on compatibility check and all of them work flawlessly :)

So far no problems. I have a couple of broken plugins that nightly dev tools doesn't fix, but beyond that I'm happy with it.
