With the first full-fledged expansion for Dragon Age: Origins hitting North American today, digital distributor Steam has commemorated the occasion with a "Midweek Madness" sale.
Both Dragon Age: Origins PC and Dragon Age: Origins Digital Deluxe Edition PC have been marked down by 33%--making then $33.49 and $43.54, respectively--with the prices good until 4 PM PST on Thursday, March 18.

33% off is a good deal. I only buy Steam games when they are on sale. I just got BF2 and it's a sweet game! It does have some bugs but they are patching all the time and that's cool. Now if only I can figure out why the shadows look blocky. For a while there I could not find a copy of the game in my town. I drove to 3 Walmarts before getting my own copy. I probably could have saved gas $$$ just buying it on Steam. I just didn't want to be that guy on Steam that can't play because he is waiting for the updates. I blame COD for their mishandling of updates with Steam players and now my fear of not being able to play causes hesitation with downloaded games.
