Video Review #965: SilverStone Nightjar 450W Zero dBA Fanless PSU

The NightJar Fanless PSU series is available in two flavors, 300W and 450W. I'll be reviewing the Nightjar 450W Zero dBA Fanless Power Supply (SST-ST45NF) which peaks at 500W and this is more than enough power for a HTPC or a silent gaming build. This PSU uses solid state Capacitors which results in cleaner more reliable power than cheap capacitors found in many other PSUs on the market. The housing is made from thick aluminum and it acts as a heastink since this PSU does have a fan to keep it cool.

Video Review #966: Moneual MonCaso 972 HTPC Case w/ 7" LCD

The Moneual 972 HTPC Case comes with a full featured Microsoft Vista compatible remote control and a large 7" touch screen display. This screen has a 15 to 9 ratio & the recommended resolution is 800x600 and a maximum resolution 1024x768. It's bright, has accurate colors, shape text quality and simply looks amazing. This is the ultimate HTPC case to have! Watch the video to find out more.

Video Review #967: NZXT PP600 & PP800 Power Supplies

The NZXT PP600 & PP800 Power Supplies offer great performance, but the PP800 does outperforms the PP600. The PP600 is a great Power Supply for a mid-range gaming computer build. The PP800 on the other hand is very capable because it's NVIDIA SLI certified. The PP800 if best suited for a high-end gaming rig. If I had my choice I would go with the PP800. Video Review #968: Raidmax Icecube SFF Case

The Raidmax Icecube is an affordable all aluminum Small Form Factor Case. It has an attractive design, water cooling holes, removable motherboard tray, removable HDD cages, 120mm fan and lot of front ports. Watch the video to find out more.

Video Review #969: Raidmax Iceberg Case

The Raidmax Iceberg Case is one of the few affordable all aluminum mid-tower cases on the market. It's has great styling, easy open front bezel and side panels, four 120mm fans, and much more. While the four 120mm fans provide excellent cooling they are loud. Also, the four feet are not secured correctly and Raidmax needs to address this problem. Watch the video to find out more.

Video Review #970: Abit AN78GS Socket AM2/AM2+ Motherboard

The Abit AN78GS Socket AM2/AM2+ Motherboard is based on the NVIDIA® GeForce8200 chipset and supports the AM2 & AM2+ processors. It accepts up to 8GBs of Dual channel DDR2 1066/800/667 un-buffered non-ECC memory. Considering the low cost of this motherboard the performance is really good, although the onboard video is slow when gaming. This is a fantastic option for a Home Theatre PC setup, because it comes with a HMDI connection. Watch the video to find out more.

Video Review #971: SilverStone SG04 SFF Case

The SilverStone Sugo SG04 SFF Case is one of the best Small Form Factor cases on the market. It's really meant for LAN parties because it has a huge handle, great styling, excellent air circulation, fits large videos, long PSUs and so much more. The only limiting factor to this case is the cooler height. Watch the video to find out more.

Video Review #972: Nexus NX-8060 600W Modular Silent Power Supply

The Nexus 80 Plus line of power supplies are available in wattages ranging from 400 to 600. These PSUs have enough power for most mid-range computer systems. I'm looking at the new and improved quieter Nexus NX-8060 600W Modular Silent Power Supply model today. This model is now a little quieter than their 500W and 7.5 dBA quieter than the old 600W version. So it's an excellent choice for a Multi Media HTPC build because it's virtually silent but still provides ample wattage. Watch the video to find out more.
