Thermaltake LANBOX SFF rated by 3dGameMan.com

There are many small form factor (SFF) cases on the market, but very few come close to the features found on the Thermaltake LANBOX SFF Case. This product looks great, has a very strong handle, excellent air circulation and has a modular chassis. This modular chassis design means that the motherboard tray, power supply mount, external drive bay cage and internal drive bay cage can be easily removed. It's an amazing design because the computer components can be installed or removed outside the case. This gives the computer users lots of room to work.

Thermaltake Toughpower 1200W Power Supply rated by 3dGameMan.com

Video Review #833 Summary

There's no surprise that the Thermaltake Toughpower 1200W Power Supply performs very well. With 1200 watts it's clearly not intended for the budget market, but rather the hardcore gamer. Having a multiple video card setup, lots of other hardware, and overclocking requires a power supply of this wattage to keep everything stable. This product also has a quiet 140mm fan, lots of sleeved modular leads, and looks excellent. It is fairly long though, so it might not fit in some mid-tower cases and it's pricey, which is to be expected.

When I first saw the Thermaltake BachVx Case I thought Home Theatre PC, because of its piano-black paint finish and brushed aluminum silver front. This case would look excellent next to audio/video gear. There are plenty of drive bays for a mid-tower case, tool-free design and excellent ventilation. I really like the fact they have a large 140mm intake fan at the front of the case. There are even two USB ports, a mic and headphone jack, as well as a eSATA port at the top of the case. The Thermaltake LANBOX Lite SFF Case really stands alone in many respects. One feature that really sets it apart from the many other small form factor cases (SFF) that are on the market is it's capable of an NVIDIA SLI Video Card setup. This will attract hardware gamers because it means you don't have to sacrifice performance when building a small form factor rig. Another big draw is the modular chassis. The power supply mount, external drive bay cage, internal drive bay cage and motherboard tray can be removed.

The Thermaltake V9 Black Edition Case is the top of the line in the V9 series. It comes with two massive 230mm fans and two 120mm fans which provide excellent air circulation. It has great looks and is all black. There are plenty of drive bays considering this is a mid-tower case. They include removable dust filters on all intake fans. It even comes with a tooless design for installing drives in the drive bays and cards in the expansion slots. Bang for the buck, this case rocks! Although it's steel and plastic, not aluminum and the motherboard tray isn't removable.

From the outside to the inside the Thermaltake Element S Case is really something. While it does have a plastic top and front it's not your typical shinny cheap looking plastic. The side panels and inside is steel which adds weight but means it's really sturdy. Also, there are lots of drive bays and a torrent of features, many of them are unique. Thermaltake did an excellent job of this case and its one of the best mid-tower cases out there. Watch the video to find out more...
