If you have a Legitimate Copy of Windows 7 it is a holographic CD to prove its authenticity. If you are talking about designing a label for a pirated copy of windows, you may want to look elsewhere because no one is going to help you with pirated software.

and making that hologram ("3d") label and producing it would cost more money than selling a lot of copies.
