Here in about a couple of weeks I plan to upgrade from windows 7 and well, I plan to just get Windows 7 Premium but I noticed that newegg sells Windows 7 Premium Upgrade but I go down the list and I see it again but with out the word "Upgrade" for a higher price but as far as I can see, both are the same thing or at least they look like a copy and paste of one another so . . . I'm guessing newegg didn't wanna put the effort into the ad or what ever you wanna call it, that or I just didn't notice the difference something.

I'm also guessing the difference, is well, the upgrade is windows vista to windows 7, if so, does it matter if its from a OEM version of windows vista 32 bit?

I'm upgradeing to windows vista so I"m on a 64bit OS that'll detect all 8gigs in my system.

Also, I heard that OEM versions of windows 7 can't be used again if you replace/upgrade your mobo or CPU, is that true?

Pick up the OEM version and you'll save a lot more cash, it won't be limited by upgrades, as long as you can put up with calling Microsoft support.
