Hello everyone! :)

I have a very nasty problem. I searched everywhere, but didn't find anything to solve this heavy problem.
At first I was wondering, why are PCWizKid's videos so well recorded? :D I know the answer, so no need to answer to that one.
I also know he uses Camtasia Recorder to capture his screen. Very good application in my opinion. I got Camtasia too, I have version 4,5,6 and of course the latest one: Version 7! :D My favorite one is Camtasia 5 to record. They all come with the TechSmith Screen Capture Codec, which is very good and also is a losless codec. Auto-Panning feature is awesome too, but a bit slow, but it is okay..
Problem #1: When I use Camtasia to record I always lag (also happens with CamStudio and other screen recorders). It doesn't even matter, what the recording resolution is, it always lags. I can of course render the recording which was captured with the TSSC Codec in Camtasia Studio and using the Lagarith losless codec to save the project there. But I lose quality. I want to import these files to Sony Vegas Pro 9.0 64-bit.
I was googling for days and I found out that the TSSC Codec was only compatible with 32-bit applications. I'm using Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit and soon Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. I can't just go to 32bit Windows for screen recording. Installing the 32bit version of Sony Vegas Pro doesn't work for me too. Whenever I try to enter the keys for the 32bit Vegas it says they're invalid.
When I record with Camtasia with the TSSC Codec and save it as a *.avi file and try to import it to Sony Vegas 64bit, there is always the Unavailable mouse pointer. That's a very heavy Codec problem in my opinion. I really already tried downloading plenty of codecs, but none work for me. Well alot of them work great with Sony Vegas, but the quality is terrible, you know?
I just wish I could record screen like PCWizKid.. I'd want to help alot of people with my computer tutorials.
Sadly I can't do that at the moment, because of that problem.

Is there any advice you guys can give me?
What can I do?
I want to import Camtasia's recordings to Sony Vegas 64bit.
Converting the recordings to an other format didn't work.

Is ATI bad for screen recording?
My System Specifications:

CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T BE
GPU: Gigabyte HD 5770 1GB GDDR5
RAM: Kingston 4GB (2x2G) DDR3 1333 CL9
MB: ASUS Crosshair IV Formula
PSU: Xilence 550W
OS: Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit (soon Windows 7 Professional 64bit)

Please help me!!!

What can I do to stop the lag while recording and how can I import the TSSCC clips into Sony Vegas Pro 64bit?

I would thank you so much whoever helped me!!!
Thank you..
