My pc just ran into a big lag, and i waited 20min and it was still lag, so i turned off my pc, and then i turned it on again and it would'nt start? so i tried to repear it with my windows 7 cd, and nothing happened, so i thought i should format it so i started and i deleted all on my harddrive with the windows 7 cd, and started the installation, but suddenly it say that i was missing a .dll file? and i was like what? that should not be missing?
What shall i do?
And now i get a failcode named: 0x80070002
Sounds to me like an issue with your optical drive(s) or the media itself. That does not mean that it/they are faulty, just that some sector did take to long to read. If you do have another PC/Mac or otherwise and a USB Flashdrive (external HDDs should work too), copy the whole content from the DVD to the drive and then select "boot from USB" in your BIOS (USB device must be first in boot order), some BIOS have a hot-key you can press to select the boot order (in my case that would be F10). Note that the drive you boot from should be at least 4GB in size (My Windows 7 DVD is 2.7GB). You do not need to have the DVD in the drive, everything you need is now on the external drive.
