Used to when i used a 3.5mm jack headset and speakers, I would have the speaker plugged in the rear and headset up front and could use both at the same time. but ive upgraded a few things and cant seem to figure out how to get this to work, first off im using windows 7 64 bit, i have a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium sound card, Logitech X-540 5.1 and a TRITTON AX 720 headset I am using the 3.5 jacks for the 5.1 and using the optical audio cable on the headset, my question is, how can i get both of them to work at the same time and still be able to use the mic?

Do you have the proper drivers for the soundcard installed? Windows' native drivers sometimes don't support front I/O. Use the soundcard software to enable output on both, front and back.
