Help! Android app to Moniter PC cpu gpu etc ?

Pretty much what the title says does anyone know of an app that can display the speed temp usage of cpu gpu etc onto an android device via wifi? (for eg while gaming.) Ive heard of the Roccat power grid but that is not released on android as of yet.

alternatively does anyone know of an free decent app that lets you use android device as second moniter?

I think Roccat will have the first solution for this, i'm looking toward this too but didn't find anything for now...
