It seems when I have multiple tabs open they, other tabs will open very slow and/or wait until one is done loading, or not load at all. This especially happens where there is streaming video in one tab, like youtube. If im watching a clip and open a new tab to go to google.com, it takes a very long time or just doesnt connect to it. Any ideas?
I've never had a problem with Google Chrome. It seems to always be super snapy. Perhaps save your bookmarks and uninstall / reinstall and see if it goes away. It could be a problem with the Flash player.

i see that it changes the base priority for a few chrome processes to below normal, and when i change to normal it loads up. how to i make it so that doesnt happen?
Yeah, I have that same issue. Google Chrome is slow... I thought it's faster than either Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, but it's not... Firefox is still the fastest browser on pc.

i've had a problem with chrome that forced me to uninstal it, where i would try to go to a website and it would just sit thinking and not do anything, even like a google homepage would take forever to load, and im on 18mb cable, firefox would work instantly at the same time
I tried it for a minute and felt no differences in performance and uninstall it when I couldn't use Ctrl + F function.
