I am Using Push / Pull Config Using the Cooler Horizontal as it was interfering with DOMINATOR RAM

I Have Q9450 i m having 42 44 Idle Temps with Stock Clocks and At SMALLFTT Test With Prime 95 The Temps Shooted to 60 to 62c My Room Ambient are 35C i have reapplied thermal and Remounted the cooler as well Now what to do
