Could I safely overclock an Intel i5 2500K to 4.0GHz with a Cooler Master Hyper 212+ Heatsink? Would my temperatures still be low?

Best bet would be to increase the frequency incrementally and stress test before you find a favorable overclock with decent temperatures.
