Are you asking what tye of water cooling is best? You can overclock a bit using stock cooler, but not much.

Tower coolers like the Cooler Master Hyper N 520 offer a major boost to what the stock cooler can do, but water cooling still remains the best way to keep a chip cool. Heat-pipes are good, but as they are passive, water pumped at speed will always be the best way to get heat moving to the exhaust (radiator/heatsink/whatever).
