Only Asus GPU's can increase the voltage???

This is a question I've always had but i still do not know the answer...

I have a Connect3D 5770  and as I've seen people seem to be able to increase the voltage of their 5770's but all of em had Asus's 5770.Can I increase the voltage too??

Any answer is appreciated.

I got the answer : no only ASUS can.
