I'm currently new to oc so basically I'm a noob and I need your guys help :P

Specs:
Cpu: AMD 1090t
Mobo: Asus Crosshair IV Formula
Cpu cooler: Corsair H100

I just oc my cpu to 3.7 Ghz (at 1.3V) and the max temp I can get running Prime95 is 61c. Is this a good temp for my speed?

Second question, I've been trying to get my speed over 4Ghz, but I have currently failed at all my attempts to get above this speed. The pc boots up into windows and 1 min after running prime95 my pc freezes. Any tips to get my system more stable at 4Ghz?

Thanks :)

61C seems like a reasonable temp maxed out with that OC. You will need to get better cooling if you want to reach those frequencies and make them stable, which may mean added voltage, but in small increments as to not damage the chip.

Ok, ty Razear.

But seriously I need to get better cooling to run at (or above) 4Ghz? I got the Corsair H100 and I've seen other people reaching higher clocks than I'm attempting to get with that cooler.

Overclocking headroom has many variables such as CPU batch, the type of motherboard, and case cooling among others. You won't necessarily achieve the same frequencies as another similarly configured build.
