Making a 5870 fit the M59

Would it be easy to cut out part of the hard drive bays in the NZXT m59 to make an hd 5870 fit?

I'm doing this because I cannot afford a better case that is already suitable to fit the card that I had already bought.

You could just remove the HDD cage as long as you're not using it.
