I have sensitive eyes, I do not like staring at a strong monitors and I hate HDTV as monitors.

When I was using my HDTV, I kept it at least 4 feet away from me but then it was hard to read even with the macro settings in windows 7. I use a Viewsonic 3D ready monitor now and keep the brightness down. I usually have eye drops close by or use my tinted prescription glasses. I have been extremely curious for the Gunnar glasses products but don't know if they do prescription lens.

Does anyone know have any thoughts or suggestions about these issues?

When people lose sight, they pray for better vision. Even though the path of ignorance was their choice, they believe it to be an outer entity like karma or bad luck - in thus believing an outer cause will cure it. You want change? Stop throwing dirt in your eyes to attain mercy for looking weak.

Set the display as far as possible for a comfortable viewing distance. Turn down the brightness. Don't watch for extended periods, look around once every 20 mins - half hr.

And about your question with the Gunnar glasses, yes you can made a custom pair that fits your prescription on their website, you'll have to order it online.

More breaks, lots of water and distancing out my monitor. Thank goodness I don't play MMO like World of Warcraft.

Thanks, having a pair of Gunnar glasses to work with computers would help a lot (If they are true to their word) One time I was working in a Computer lab and it gave me such a headache.
