will ASUS EAH6950 2GB DIRECT CUII outperforms MSI R6950 2GB TWIN FROZR III PE OC?

They will be about the same. But, the ASUS may run a tad cool and can be overclocked a bit higher if you get a really good chip in the chip lottery. But we are talking a pretty small difference.
