I7 temps safe zone

Hi There i have the same processor as you have Rodney the i7 920 but i have it on air-cooler and i have overclocked it to 3.6 Ghz and in idle its 44-45 ºC and on games / full load it goes to 45 to 61ºC my cooler is the Thermalright 120 is this temperatures safe? tks in advance

You're fine, try and stay below 70c.
