i have a question

i bought a i7 core confidential QGYR ES A4 PROCESSOR

my question is what is a confidential PROCESSOR and the performance between

this processor and a i7 core 940 processor

Take a detailed pic of the chip, front and back. Also, is there an marking on the CPU?
