How large should a partition be for...

I am building a computer for a friend i was wondering how large of a partition should i make for booting up, like 15gbs?
Im just putting in windows 7, right?

Just leave the drive bare with no partitions, that way you won't have to worry about capacity and it won't make a difference unless you want to organize things separately.
