Help windows was unable to start ...

Just a quick tech question, when I boot up my PC somethimes appers a screen that says, windows was unable to start, a recent hardware of software bla bla bla, and I haven't do anything to the hardware or software, just basic stuff like updates, i just format my pc and it's the same, I can enter windows whit the restore option, but this error continue, any ideas?

Insert your Windows install disc and try running the recovery option, you may have corrupted some pivotal files.

We'll need the complete error message to help you completely, but sounds like a hardware issue of some kind. If you installed new hardware recently, remove it if possible and try again.

I also flash the bios with the latest update and the error appears much less, it probably by a little problem in the bios, I never had this problem, this start when I got my new ssd, I formatted the ssd with windows 7 and update the bios and drivers with the msi liveupdate, so I suppose that it may be a bad bios version.
