After reviewing your video's and some internet sources, I was looking into the Zalman CNPS9900LED Ultra Quiet CPU Cooler. Do you think this has enough cooling power to overclock an Intel i7 950 to 3.8-4 gHz?

If not, what is the best solution for me? I'm planning on using the Cooler Master HAF X case, and prefer quiet air cooling as I run my computer 24/7 and I'm afraid that a pump will be doomed to die within a year or two.
