Dual Monitors

I've got a question about dual monitors. If you have a second monitor connected to your card. Will that decrease performance?

My HD5770 is already performing way under it's normal performance. So.. I won't like to have even more poor performance with soon a second monitor.

as long as you run it in extended mode it will be fine.
all of the active power of the 5770 goes to the monitor with the fullscreen application, so if you have the monitors in extended mode it wont hurt it.
