what is best to use in core i7 920 to overclock to 4.0 ghz a cooler master v10 or the corsair h70?

It varies so you're not guaranteed but my money would be on the H70.

I have the H70, and I am currently running my i7 920 at 3.7... Under full load it gets pretty hot, but when playing games that never happens. If you do get the H70, I would recommend getting a second fan for it..
