As more times passes, cell phones are becoming more and more like computers, in that way, do you see a close future where we might be able to go to a store and choose the processor, ram, memory, and really personalize it?

Not going to happen. Not long from now, you wont even be doing that for "PC" builds. As they get smaller and faster, more things will become integrated. Eventually the PC as we no it will not exist. It will be more like buying a cell phone or pre built PC today. Only fringe and niche markets will buy and build custom PC's. Phones will never be hardware customizable.
