The Frio but make sure to get another 120mm fan.

Thank you guys, I'm building a new pc, I have a $2200 budged, I'm planing of buying a Cooler Master HAF X case, core i72600k, asus p8p67 mb, 8GB Corsair dd3 dominator, GF GTX 570, WD Raptor 600gb (primary) WD Caviar Black 2TB for storage (have lots of movies) Corsair HX 850 PSU, Blu-Ray burner, and some other accessories. Do you guys think is a good pc for my budget? If not what would you recommend?

Yeah that's a kickass rig all right. try to up the psu to corsair hx 1000w just in case you need it for the future, you do have a big case so it might urge you to do some upgrades like water cooling for example. If you want the 570 look for the palit sonic platinum edition, only a few dollars more but it runs better and cooler. If you're buying thermaltake frio though you might want to consider cooler master v6 gt since you looked at v8, this one is newer and might possibly perform better than frio, it has an led lighting which you can change the color and it will go better with your case style wise.

The Noctua NH14 is one of the best.
